The origins of Riggs Autopack Ltd, date back as far as the early 1930's, when the founding business was established as Autopack Ltd and based in Birmingham. During the late 1940's, the business grew rapidly and subsequently moved to larger premises in Malvern, Worcestershire, where it stayed until 1991.
The company was involved in the design, manufacture and supply of advanced packaging machinery for the food and cosmetic production industries. The range included auger fillers, vibratory linear & multi-head weigh machines, weigh controlled drum filling machines and rotary packing equipment. |

As the company evolved, it became the UK's largest manufacturer in it's field and at it's height during the 1980's, they employed well over 200 people and exported their equipment to over 50 countries worldwide.
In 1989, Autopack Ltd purchased Tri-Tech Systems Ltd, a company specialising in the design and manufacture of liquid / semi-liquid volumetric depositors and filling machines specifically for the food production industry. This range of high quality machines were subsequently added to the Autopack Ltd product catalogue and represents the origins of Riggs Autopack's market leading range of volumetric depositors.
Due to our long standing association with both Autopack Ltd and Tri-Tech Systems Ltd, Riggs Autopack possess a huge back catalogue of original design and manufacturing records. Therefore, our experienced after sales and service team can provide a complete service and spares support package for these manufacturer's machines.
These include Autopack Ltd's auger fillers, weigh controlled drum filling machines, vibratory linear and multi-head weigh machines, automatic rotary filling and packing equipment, powder filling machines or Tri-Tech Systems Ltd's volumetric depositors and filling machines.
