Over the years, Riggs Autopack has developed a professional and highly skilled team and is proud of their staff. They continue to invest in key personnel, and as part of the company’s continued growth strategy have recently employed two new technical sales engineers who will provide a constant ‘on the road’ presence.

 

Kim David has the responsibility of the South and South West, whilst Lee Humphries will cover pre-dominantly the North West and Midland regions.

 

Kim David has 25 years sales experience in the materials handling and measurement industry, servicing the UK food and chemical production sectors. Lee Humphries has worked within the UK engineering industry for the past 11 years, with the last 5 years employed as sales engineer supplying capital equipment to the sheet metal industry.

 

The positions have been created to service a growing customer base incorporating small, medium and large scale food manufacturers, whilst actively promoting Riggs’ Model 1000 range of depositing and filling equipment to potential clients.

 

General Manager Nigel Matthews commented "We have experienced a sustained period of growth over recent years and these additional appointments will further strengthen Riggs Autopack’s UK sales team. As part of the company’s continued growth plan, we will also be adding a new member of staff to the after sales service team and have plans to employ additional machine shop apprentices later in the year."
