Our semi-automatic pouch opening & filling machines provide damage free and highly precise depositing of hot or cold liquid and semi-liquid products. Designed for small to medium scale batch production, this pouch filling machine range opens and fills stand-up plastic pouches with a gusset style base.

They are supplied with a conical pouch opening unit to suit the size(s) of your pouch, choice of depositing nozzle, foot pedal, height adjustable filling table, and low level product hopper. Alternatively, they can be supplied without a hopper and linked directly to holding tanks / cooking vessels via rigid stainless steel or food grade flexi pipework.
