Riggs Autopack Ltd is a UK market leader with an excellent reputation in the design, manufacture and supply of high quality depositors and filling machines, transfer pumps, conveyors and associated ancillary equipment used in the food production industry.
The Model 1000 range of volumetric depositors and filling machines continues to be the main stay of Riggs Autopack's business. Our extensive range of standard or bespoke, semi or fully automatic, single or multi-head depositors can be installed as stand alone units, supplied as part of a conveyor filling line or easily incorporated into existing food production lines. |

Our depositors and filling machines are one of the most accurate and reliable on the market with a build quality second to none. They accurately and effectively dispense a huge variety of hot or cold food and liquid products into almost any size or type of container including jars, bottles, pots, tubs and buckets, ready meal trays, foils, cartons and sachets, sacks, doy packs and bags.
To complement our range of depositors, conveyors and transfer pumps, we manufacture a variety of ancillary food production equipment. These include purpose-designed depositing nozzles and decorating heads that are fully compatible with all Riggs Autopack's filling machines, automatic or manual capping machines for jars, bottles and pots, rotary tables, product hoppers and lid press machines.
We design and manufacture our equipment in-house at our Lancashire factory and take great pride in supplying a wide cross-section of food manufacturers throughout the UK and overseas, ranging from start-up companies and cottage industries through to multi-national food production plants.
Typical food products manufactured using our equipment include Jam, Honey and Preserves, Condiments, Sauces and Dips, Oils, Dressings and Marinades, Soups, Stews, Pizza and Ready Meals, Salads, Coleslaw, Pate, Sandwiches, Quiche and Pie's, Mashed Potato, and Pureed Veg, Cakes, Puddings and Desserts, Yoghurt and Cream, Juices and Smoothies, plus many more.
