Conveyors - Indexing ready meal make-up conveyors, or pot filling conveyors, with open hygienic construction. Variable controls for ramp up/down, speed and dwell time, are provided as standard with options available for additional features.

Slat band conveyors of all stainless steel construction for jars and plastic containers. Variable speed control via inverter drive, with adjustable guide rails. All conveyors are of modular construction, to suit the length you require.

 

Indexing platen conveyor designed to handle glass, plastic or foil containers.

Indexing Ready Meal Make Up conveyor.  Fitted with integral air and electric services and catchment trays.  Egg spray unit fitted for pastry products.

Belt conveyor fitted with sensor to detect container and pause belt whilst depositing takes place.
