Riggs Autopack's Model 1000 depositors and filling machines provide damage free and highly accurate volumetric depositing of hot or cold liquid based products. Whilst the capacity, configuration and capabilities of these piston pump filling machines vary, the operating principle essentially remains the same (as shown below).

Stage 1.
