Riggs Autopack's factory is fully equipped with a wide range of modern machinery and incorporates the latest computer technology in manufacturing and design. Our machining centres and CNC lathes enables products to be manufactured to an extremely high standard, and offers the flexibility to provide a quick response to customer's special build requirements.

Precision engineering requires a highly skilled and trained workforce. Over the years, we have developed a truly professional manufacturing and design team with the knowledge, expertise and experience to provide highly engineered depositing and filling equipment with a build quality second to none. 

A range of Standard Depositors and Filling Machines are available for immediate delivery. However, we are well aware that many customers have unique requests and for these applications, machines are designed and built on a bespoke basis. Please see Bespoke Depositors and Filling Machines for further details. We have invested in sophisticated CAD hardware and software, thus further ensuring our bespoke design and build service provides the customer with the optimum food machinery to their specific needs.

To complement our depositing and filling machines, we manufacture a range of ancillary equipment including transfer pumps, slat band conveyors and indexing conveyor lines, rotary tables, lid press machines, pie crimping stations, product feed hoppers, decorating heads and depositing nozzles.
