What type of companies do you supply ?

We supply our machinery primarily to the food production industry. Our customers typically include start-up companies, artisan producers, restaurants, food research facilities, universities, colleges & training academies, country estates & farmshops, contract packers, medium to large scale manufacturers including multi-national food groups and international factories.

Is there a difference between a depositor and a filling machine ?

No, essentially the machines are the same. We use the term "depositor" for goods that are put on top of other products, such as depositing mashed potato on to minced meat. We use the term "filling machine" in the context of filling a jar with jam.

What type of depositors / filling machines do you manufacture ?

We manufacture volumetric piston pump depositors and filling machines ie. a pre-set measured amount of product is drawn from a feed hopper or other holding vessel into the piston pump, which is then dispensed through a depositing nozzle into a container.

What type of products can your depositors / filling machines dispense ?

Our depositing and filling machinery is designed for "liquid" based products including semi-liquid and suspended solids. Our machines are not suitable for dry goods handling.

Can your depositors / filling machines deposit both hot and cold products ?

Yes. Due to the high grade specification of the seals incorporated within our machines, we can deposit cold or ambient temperature products and hot goods in excess of 100⁰C.

What type of containers can your depositors / filling machines deposit into ?

We can deposit products into most types or size of container such as jars, bottles, pots, tubs, buckets, jerry cans, trays, foils, cake tins, shaped moulds, cartons, sachets, pouches and bags.

Do your depositors / filling machines damage delicate products ?

No. Due to the high quality design and superior components, they provide damage free depositing - this includes viscous goods and products containing large fragile particulates up to 38mm3 as standard.

How are your depositors / filling machines powered ?

They are powered pneumatically. As our machines contain no electrics, it means they are suitable for food production areas and wash down applications.

Can I try before I buy ?

Yes, we openly encourage customers to trial our machines. No-obligation machine trials can be carried out at the customer's premises or at our factory.

Do you provide an after sales support service ?

Yes. We provide a comprehensive operator manual, machine warranty, staff training, planned maintenance schemes, on-site technical support, engineer call out and parts supply from stock.
