Riggs Autopack's Depositors
The main stay of Riggs Autopack's business is the Model 1000 range of semi or fully automatic, single or multi-head, standard or bespoke depositors and filling machines.
We manufacture and fabricate these Model 1000 depositing machines at our Lancashire factory, and supply throughout the UK and overseas. They can be installed as stand alone units, supplied as a conveyor filling line, or easily incorporated into existing food production systems.
With fully adjustable depositing volumes and speeds, these piston pump depositors and filling machines provide damage free and highly precise volumetric depositing of hot or cold liquid based products including semi-liquids, suspended solids, viscous and fragile goods, and accurately fills most type or size of container.
The Model 1000 machines may be used for the following procedures
A) Semi-Automatic Operation
This requires an operator to position an empty container underneath the depositing nozzle of the filling machine. The machine start and deposit cycle is initiated by means of a push button or foot switch. At the end of the product deposit cycle, the filled container is manually removed from the fill position by the operator.
B) Fully Automatic Operation
The empty container will be automatically presented underneath the depositing nozzle via a conveyor or similar means. The filling machine will accept an external signal to commence an automatic depositing cycle. At the end of this product depositing cycle, the filled container will automatically be removed from the fill position.
