Our Model 1000 range of semi or fully automatic depositors and filling machines are designed and built using the same principle. Whilst the capabilites and configuration of these machines vary, the components essentially remain the same and typically comprise of the following:

Spares Stock

As all our depositing and filling machines are built in-house at our Lancashire factory, we have complete control over parts availability and supply. We stock a full complement of quality assured replacement parts for our Model 1000 range, and are able to dispatch at short notice to national and international customers.

Spares Order Information

Each Riggs Autopack machine is issued with a serial number with a "TT" suffix, located on the white CE plate on the side of the operator control panel. Each machine is also supplied with a manual which contains a recommended spares list with relevant part numbers.

When placing a spares order, please quote the following information: 

• Relevant "TT" machine number
• Part number and description
• Quantity required
