Riggs Autopack's after sales team can provide customer assistance via telephone or on-site support. We offer planned maintenance and service schemes, rapid engineer call-out, technical advice, parts supply from stock, and on-site staff training. 

 

 

Service

 

Our company field engineers provide a comprehensive machine service package for customers based in the UK and Republic of Ireland. This includes machine commissioning, planned maintenance and engineer call-out. Annual planned maintenance agreements can be ordered by contacting the after sales department at our Lancashire office.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Parts Supply

 

As all our depositing and filling equipment is built in-house at our Lancashire factory, we have control over parts quality, availability and supply. We stock a full complement of quality assured replacement parts for our machine range, and are able to dispatch at short notice to national and international customers. Training

 

During on-site machine commissioning and installation for UK and Republic of Ireland customers, a Riggs Autopack field engineer will provide full on-site staff training in all aspects of the equipment. Additional on-site staff training can also be arranged upon request - please contact the after sales department at our Lancashire office for details.

Due to Riggs Autopack's association with Autopack Ltd and Tri-Tech Systems Ltd, our after sales team can provide a full maintenance package and parts supply for these machines. They include Autopack Ltd's powder filling machines and Tri-Tech Systems liquid depositors.
