We offer a comprehensive after sales service for our equipment range which includes planned maintenance, engineer call-out, on-site / telephone technical support, parts supply from stock, machine re-furbishment and on-site staff training. 

Service

Riggs Autopack field engineers provide a comprehensive service package for customers based in the UK and Republic of Ireland. This includes machine installation and commissioning, planned maintenance and engineer call-out. Annual planned maintenance agreements can be ordered by contacting the after sales department at our Lancashire office.

Parts Supply

As our depositing and filling equipment is built in-house at our Lancashire factory, we have complete control over parts quality, availability and supply. We stock a full complement of quality assured replacement parts for our full machine range, and are able to dispatch at short notice to national and international customers.

Training

During machine installation and commissioning, a Riggs Autopack field engineer will provide on-site staff training in all aspects of the equipment. Additional staff training can also be arranged upon request; please contact the after sales department at our Lancashire office for details.

Autopack Ltd & Tri-Tech Systems Ltd

Due to Riggs Autopack's association with Autopack Ltd and Tri-Tech Systems Ltd, our after sales team can provide a full maintenance package and parts supply for these machines. They include Autopack Ltd's powder filling machines and Tri-Tech Systems piston pump depositors.
